Shipping & Return

SHIPPING POLICY:

Most sale items on our site are in stock and ship either same-day or next business day. However, personalized or special order items may require additional days before they leave our shop, so please visit the specific items page for estimated shipping time on individual items. 

T-shirts are printed on demand and shipped separately from other products. 2-7 business days are required to design and create the product. Including shipping, you can typically expect your t-shirt in 5-11 business days.

We use the U.S. Postal Service or Fedex for shipments, and orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days from shipment. 

An order confirmation will be emailed to you directly after placing your order. We also keep you up-to-date every step of the way, emailing you tracking info once your order ships, as well as status updates on delivery.

For international orders: Barmmunition is not responsible for any applicable customs, import or duty fees levied by your local government. We are unable to determine what (if any) additional fees our international customers may be responsible for. International customers are solely responsible for anticipating and paying any additional costs for international orders. Free shipping offers are not available for international orders.



NO- HASSLE RETURN POLICY:

Our customers trust the quality of our handcrafted beer gifts, and to gain your trust, we offer a simple, no-hassle return policy. Whether you purchased your gift for yourself or a friend, returns are a piece of cake!

All orders returned to us postmarked within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). All returned products should be in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or damaged will not be accepted for refunds. For any questions or concerns, please see our Contact page and we will be happy to assist you right away.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are not available on customized or special order pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction. If we have made an error in the personalization, we will replace the incorrect item immediately.

Items marked with free shipping are considered a discount and cannot be combined with any other discount or applied to previous orders. If you choose to return an item shipped with free shipping our outbound ground shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund.

 

EXCHANGES:

The most efficient way to place an exchange is to place a new order for the item(s) you would like, and return the original item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will ensure your new order ships out as soon as possible.
